BLIA’s Founding
BLIA was founded in 1992 in Los Angeles, CA, USA by Grand Master Hsing Yun. Over the following years we established chapters throughout the five continents while increasing our membership. BLIA’s missions include providing education, medical services, emergency relief, and charity.
